ACTFEM_Plaudite_Teatre

At the heart of #ACTFEM is a hands-on Training Programme designed for vulnerable young women aged 16–20 in Spain, Romania, and Greece. Running throughout the 2025–2026 school year, the programme combines theoretical learning, applied laboratories, mentorships, and cultural experiences to build knowledge and skills in the performing arts and related professions. Topics include acting, playwriting, scenography, stage and light design, cultural management, applied digital technologies, and communication. The curricula are tailored to be gender-sensitive, inclusive, and highly practical, ensuring participants gain not only artistic skills but also tools for leadership, teamwork, and social empowerment.

The training is carried out in close collaboration with artists, cultural institutions, and technology experts, offering study visits, international exchanges, and opportunities for co-creation. Each group of participants will put their learning directly into practice by forming theatre companies and developing original works. This journey will culminate in June 2026 with the public presentation of three co-created performances, one in each country, where theatre and digital innovation meet to showcase the creativity and voices of the young women at the centre of the project.
